I’ve been involved in multiple technical roles on many productions over the past few years. In addition to the credits listed below, I am currently involved in costume management for our Fall production of The Sound of Music, and was recently hired by the school district to run lights and sound for outside events renting our theater.
I’m very proud of the work I did as the microphone operator for two different casts in our production of Les Miserables, where I generated the mic plots and managed all equipment for rehearsals and performances. I also called all cues for the mics as well as for the sound operation.
In addition to my stage management and run crew work on Bright Star (see the previous section), I was also the assistant prop master. I generated the prop list and worked to secure all the props, I had to construct some of the props that we couldn’t purchase.
